The V5 and V6 come from the legendary V+ height gage family, which has been sold thousands of times in workshops around the world and is universally recognized for its ease of use and quality.
Trimos introduced a vertical measuring instrument to the market over 40 years ago. V5 and V6 represent a know-how accumulated over all these years. The easy-to-read display and intuitive functions offer exceptional user comfort. The V5 and V6 are equipped with a revolutionary displacement that offers the user the choice of how to move the measuring carriage manually or by motor. The user who prefers a manual device will notice no difference compared to a conventional manual device, just as for motorized motion. This innovation makes it possible to avoid making a difficult choice at the time of purchase and to please more than one potential user of the same device.
With its lateral probe holders, the design of the V5 revives an old Trimos tradition: enabling measurement with long, solid keys while providing excellent repeatability.
The V6 is the same class as the V5. It is equipped with a more precise measuring system and allows the use of an electronic perpendicularity probe.
