Trimos' new C-Line range is the world's first truly portable range of CNC coordinate measuring machines designed for the workshop. It is part of the new TRIMOS 3D product range.
The C4 has 4 motorized axes (X, C, Z, P), allowing high performance measurements in 3 dimensions. The special probing module equipped with a vertical and horizontal stylus significantly increases the measurement possibilities, in particular by reducing the repositioning of the measurand.

With its reduced weight (only 13.5 kg), the C4 CNC accompanies you wherever you need it. You no longer need to take the part to the 3D machine, the C4 can be commissioned directly in the production process.
Simple to use
The C4 is the easiest to use, portable and directly controlled digital coordinate measuring machine. It is designed to minimize the training required to learn how to use and program a coordinate measuring machine.
Software
C-Line comes standard with ControlCAT software that allows you to perform many types of measurement: distance, circle, plane, line, point... To take full advantage of the C4's performance, we recommend the optional one. Aberlink software is 3D software that offers the advantage of ease of use. Other measurement software compatible: PolyWorks, CMM Manager, Verisurf etc.
Models
The C3, the entry-level model of our new portable coordinate measuring machines, has 3 motorized axes (X, C, Z). Allows basic 3D measurements to be made. This model has not yet been released. C4 is the top model in its class, it has 4 motorized axes. (X, C, Z, P) and high performance 3D CNC measurements.

Flexible and Portability
C4 defaults to min. Equipped with a lithium-ion battery system that provides 8 hours of runtime. 4 hours under normal use.
Also, in addition to a wired Ethernet connection, the C4 can be equipped with a Bluetooth or Wifi wireless device, providing a full >8 hours of runtime.
Its ergonomic handle with a lighter weight of 13.5 kg provides the autonomy of the C4, making it unique in its market.
