Alesta horizontal devices especially simplify the setting of 2-point internal gauges. The use of a large number of adjusting rings becomes unnecessary.
The well thought-out design of the support bridges eliminates positional errors and ensures a faster setting process. The desired size is entered on the keyboard, confirmed and the ceramic tip motorized stop automatically moves to the specified position. The probe remains in place even after a measuring force has been applied.
The stable granite base, solid construction and high-precision measuring system guarantee perfect and precise measurement results.
An integrated setpoints table with tolerance information allows the measuring stop to be placed and set to a specific, tolerated size.
