- The body of the BHTZ-3000 model is designed for precision measurement and the test load is controlled by a sensor.
- The testing process is controlled by the CPU using automatic displacement of the tip and lens.
- The device has 10 different load steps and 13 different Brinel test scales. Three tips and 2 lenses are used for measurement, all of them have automatic measurement, recognition and lens and tip change.
- The test load application time and the illumination intensity of the light source can be adjusted.
- Test trace length, hardness value and test number are automatically displayed on the screen, conversion to different hardness units is available.
- Test results can be saved for control purposes or printed on a daily printer or transferred to a PC via RS 232 interface.
